Responsibilities
- Cook up with supervisor to oversee and execute expatriate management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and returns;
- Keep track and make sure the upkeep of expatriates' legal statuses in the U.S., and help expatriates with all applications, extensions, or renewals for passports, visas, etc.;
- Offer support to expatriates regarding their cultural adaptation and safety in the U.S., such as mentoring programs, emergency cards, etc.;
- Study and assess the Bank's expatriates' turnover rates and demands;
- Preserve and update the monthly Chinese staff list and submit quarterly reports to HO;
- Participate and manage ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field;
Pay
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications. USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
