Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Cook up early-stage recruiting activities by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate outreach and initial screenings when needed.
- Maintain and organize personnel documentation to improve accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of employee records.
- Support onboarding tasks to help new team members complete required steps and transition smoothly into the organization.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative assistance, including data entry, document handling, and follow-up on routine employee matters.
- Monitor HR practices for alignment with labor regulations, internal policies, and established compliance procedures.
- Serve as a visible and approachable resource for employees and supervisors by responding to questions and directing issues appropriately.
- Aid in the pre-employment process coordination to help move hiring activities forward efficiently.
- Contribute to additional HR priorities as business needs evolve, offering flexible support across recruiting, administration, and process-related tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in human resources coordination, HR administration, or a closely related support role.
- Working knowledge of onboarding activities, personnel file management, and general HR documentation practices.
- Experience supporting recruiting tasks such as resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, or applicant tracking.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and other human resources software used for employee data and workflow management.
- Understanding of HR compliance standards, confidentiality expectations, and employment-related recordkeeping requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite, fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
