Responsibilities
- Processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify.
- Captures status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and gets all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS.
- Maintains licensure and certification reports to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.
- Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date.
- Affords assistance with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
- Strong computer and data entry skills required.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
