About the role
This position supports the HR Excellence Team under the supervision of the Senior HR Business Partner and mentoring by human resource managers. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment
- Employee Relations
- Compliance
- HR Administration
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to employment policies and practices
- Avoid legal issues by ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as record keeping, benefits administration, and performance evaluations
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR or a similar field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
