Human Resources Clerk IV - Honolulu, Oahu
Summary of Duties
Performs substantive human resources clerical work which requires an examination of the contents of documents and the exercise of judgment to determine the proper course of action; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Generalized Experience: One (1) year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience.
Specialized Experience: Two (2) years of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.
Supervisory Aptitude: For certain positions, applicants must show that they possess supervisory aptitude.
