What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrates curiosity about the big picture and an eagerness to understand how HR connects to broader business goals; willing to dig into details to support team objectives
  • Takes initiative to contribute to HR projects and programs from early stages, assist in developing plans and processes, and follow through on assigned tasks within established timelines

  • Able to identify issues, gather relevant information, and propose thoughtful solutions with guidance from senior HR partners

  • Comfortable working with data and metrics; ability to support workforce analysis and translate findings into actionable insights with direction from leadership
  • Foundational understanding of employee relations principles; ability to approach sensitive situations with objectivity, professionalism, and fairness
  • Able to clearly document HR processes, summarize findings, and draft professional communications related to HR and employee relations matters
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, remain flexible, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Serves as an approachable and reliable HR resource to support positive interactions between employees and leadership
  • Demonstrates sound judgment in handling sensitive information and communicates with appropriate discretion based on role and context

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, generalist, or related HR function
  • Foundational understanding of HR practices including performance management, employee relations, and employment law basics
  • Ability to give, receive, and implement constructive feedback
  • Positive, adaptable mindset when priorities shift or processes evolve
  • Comfort working in ambiguous circumstances
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that aid in building trust quickly
  • Confidence to interact with business leaders at all levels
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
  • Must be a US citizen
