What You’ll Do

- Comfortable working with data and metrics; ability to support workforce analysis and translate findings into actionable insights with direction from leadership
- Foundational understanding of employee relations principles; ability to approach sensitive situations with objectivity, professionalism, and fairness
- Able to clearly document HR processes, summarize findings, and draft professional communications related to HR and employee relations matters
- Able to manage multiple tasks, remain flexible, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Serves as an approachable and reliable HR resource to support positive interactions between employees and leadership
- Demonstrates sound judgment in handling sensitive information and communicates with appropriate discretion based on role and context
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, generalist, or related HR function
- Foundational understanding of HR practices including performance management, employee relations, and employment law basics
- Ability to give, receive, and implement constructive feedback
- Positive, adaptable mindset when priorities shift or processes evolve
- Comfort working in ambiguous circumstances
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that aid in building trust quickly
- Confidence to interact with business leaders at all levels
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Must be a US citizen
