Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the business team, supporting business objectives through people insights and workforce planning.
- Use data to provide guidance on workforce planning and team effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on change management and growth initiatives within the business.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Drive programs focused on engagement, retention, and development.
- Serve as the lead HR partner for the business, supporting and growing programs which drive a performance-based culture.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Talent Management & Development
- Evolve the recruitment and onboarding processes to create career successes.
- Partner with leaders to identify and develop talent pipelines.
- Support performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives.
- Support a broad workforce that ranges from front-line operations to executive leaders.
Employee Relations
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution, and communication.
- Ensure fair and consistent resolution on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and company practices.
Operational Excellence
- Build and refine HR processes and policies to align with company goals.
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
- Lead the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll for the ATCO business.
