About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders across multiple locations. This role will support talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR compliance, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, safety initiatives, and retention strategies.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership to develop effective people strategies while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations.

Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- Ensure HR compliance and manage employee relations
- Oversee performance management and leave administration
- Develop and implement safety initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–10 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting employees and leadership across multiple locations
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and leave administration
- Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Ability to handle sensitive employee inquiries and complaints professionally
- SHRM certification is preferred

- Experience with FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and employment compliance
- Broad knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and employee relations
- Experience with safety, training, development, and retention initiatives
- Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees at all organizational levels
