Core Responsibilities
- Support Managers and Talent Acquisition team in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy
- Partner with Learning and Development Manager to research and recommend appropriate employee training
- Review key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders
- Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, driving best practice across functions
- Lead or facilitate employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Answer HR Benefits questions, participate in Open Enrollment presentation delivery to offices
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Partner with HR Manager on complex employee relations issues
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention by providing advice, coaching and creating development plans when necessary
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation and supports employee lifecycle administration, including processing personnel changes, maintaining accurate employee records, and executing day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5-8 years of complex HR experience
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, federal and state employment laws
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- Preferred: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with ATS (ADP Preferred)

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
Schedule
This position is full-time and based in our Philadelphia Headquarters.
