Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

This position involves promoting diversity awareness in hiring practices, mentoring managers on employee development, and administering performance management programs. You will advise leadership on hiring, terminations, and succession planning, as well as provide guidance on employee behavior, conflict resolution, and investigations in response to complaints. Weekly travel to Burnsville, Maple Grove, and Richfield, MN, is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer performance management program
• Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
• Administer payroll, employee benefits, and FMLA
• Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
• Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
• Partner with leadership to develop succession plans
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience
• College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
