About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and influential HR Business Partner to support business leaders and employees across our Wilmington, Delaware location. This role is based in Wilmington, Delaware with a hybrid work arrangement.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in broad-based HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Human Resources Management roles.
- Experience supporting employee populations of approximately 200-700 employees in manufacturing, operations, corporate, or similarly complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
- Experience supporting leaders within complex, global organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, coaching, and consulting skills.
How Would You Stand Out?
- MBA, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or unionized environments.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
