These factories produce a wide variety of products to meet our business needs demand. Our global Human Resources team partners with our leaders to foster long-term mutual prosperity for each individual and for the organization. HR Business Partners engage closely with leaders and are supported by our HR Professional Services, HR Generalists, and HR Operations teams. This position will be required to report to our Brookings, SD campus during the week with occasional travel to our Redwood Falls, MN factory. Daktronics offers flexibility to work from a home office occasionally.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will focus on accelerating Daktronics’ success through people, by partnering with leaders on people strategies and initiatives, leader development, capacity and capability planning, organizational and team structures, continuous improvement, change enablement while practicing and teaching behavioral based coaching methodologies. You will partner with leaders in selected factories in Brookings, SD and Redwood Falls, MN, as part of our global Manufacturing HR team which collaborates to foster best practices consistent with Daktronics philosophies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Supervisory or Human Resources experience is preferred.
