Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing HR expertise and guidance on business decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR priorities and develop strategies that support business objectives.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support leaders in managing the impact of change.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts by working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to support their growth and retention.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Partner with managers to develop performance management processes that drive employee engagement and performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and delivering feedback.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Learning and Development: Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Partner with external vendors to deliver training programs and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities, including recruitment, retention, performance, and employee relations.
- Use data-driven insights to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
