About the role

Human Resource associates assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR (Human Resources) related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with associate recruitment and hiring
• Support staffing, development, and succession planning
• Manage scheduling and attendance needs
• Address performance-related matters
• Identify and analyze HR-related issues
• Provide guidance on execution of company HR programs and initiatives

Pay

• Hourly wage: $22 – $35 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds required minimum wage for the job location)
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premium pay: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply)
