About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and service-focused HR Associate (Temporary, Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for employees and managers—helping them get the support and information they need across a wide range of HR topics. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience across many areas of Human Resources. Your work will help ensure our HR services run smoothly and that people feel supported every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and provide a great experience for anyone who reaches out for help.
  • Provide clear, accurate information to employees and managers.
  • Support multiple HR areas – Employee & Labor Relations, Transformation Quality and Compliance, Payroll and Benefits.
  • Help manage shared HR email inboxes and track requests to ensure timely responses.
  • Support team members with projects, initiatives, and daily administrative work.
  • Pitch in wherever needed—including providing backup support across the HR team.
  • Handle sensitive information with care, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Required Education and Experience: Associate’s degree; or High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in human resources or a related field.
