Responsibilities
- Provide support with various HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining records, and assisting with employee inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and participating in team projects, driving them to completion.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to internal teams and new hires, helping them navigate their HR needs.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and care.
- Create and maintain organized systems for file management, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience or related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
