HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY).
Duties
You will use personnel databases and information systems to verify information and draft correspondence.
You will update records for service members to ensure accurate data is recorded.
You will compose documents (e.g., reports, memorandums) to provide written notification of personnel status to provide scheduled (e.g., weekly, monthly) reports.
You will identify problems and provide recommendations for military disability cases.
Requirements

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:
- Providing assistance to military personnel on matters regarding Disability separations, Temporary Disability Retirement List (TDRL), and retirements;
- Drafts and processes actions required issued by the Physical Evaluation Board (PEB);
- Receives and reviews data input such as demographic information and ensures recorded information is accurate and complete;
- Maintaining files in accordance with established guidance.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
