Qualifications

Specialized experience
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain personnel service records; 2) Researching information in records and databases in order to respond to inquiries regarding human resources issues; 3) Utilizing automated systems to create and maintain records; and 4) Communicating effectively, orally and in writing, to interact with leadership and personnel at all levels.
