Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration, or a related field, and human resources experience at the paraprofessional level or higher.
  • Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience with/in: Supervising staff.
  • Processing HR and payroll transactions.
  • Working in fast paced, high volume HR environments.
  • Research and writing reports.
  • Working with human resources management systems (HRMS) and/or administrative software.
