About the role

The Human Resources Analyst coordinates various Williams County Human Resources programs and activities. Examples Of Duties include analyzing, updating, and maintaining the position classification program, collecting and analyzing data for annual market job study, assisting with compensation and benefits calculations, overseeing the performance evaluation program, executing programming and maintenance on timeclock hardware, administering HRIS platforms, validating and maintaining data for compliance, and advising department heads on HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, updates, and maintains the position classification program
  • Collects and analyzes data for annual market job study
  • Completes compensation survey responses
  • Aids in compensation and benefits calculations for annual budgeting
  • Oversees the planning, training, administration, and compliance of the annual performance evaluation program
  • Validates, maintains, and compiles data required for Title VI, E-4, and EEO4 compliance and reporting
  • Aids in benefits administration, recruiting, and legal compliance
  • Coordinates special projects as directed by the Human Resources Director
  • Maintains confidentiality of non-public records and makes available all data and information deemed a public record by the North Dakota Century Code

Requirements

  • Associate degree in human resources, accounting, business administration, or related field AND four (4) years of human resources or payroll-related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
