Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members and visitors to the HR office, answering inquiries and directing questions to appropriate HR staff
- Provide timely and professional support regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and systems
- Manage the HR phone line, email inbox, and HR Drop Box, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Support team member recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and special projects as assigned
- Coordinate badge and name tag reprints for employees and create new badges for contract labor
- Maintain and distribute HR informational resources (e.g., brochures, guides)
- Provide support for HRIS platforms, including troubleshooting and navigation assistance for:
- 401(k) elections
- Benefits enrollment
- Team Member Assistance Program
- Engagement platforms
- Team Member Recognition tools
- PennConnect
- Other company tools and platforms
- Maintain and organize electronic HR files in compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies
- Generate and distribute regular HR and compliance-related reports
- Prepare and send benefits and unemployment termination documentation
- Assist HR leadership with payroll processing tasks
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets (e.g., reimbursements, bus passes, referrals, Team Dining Room users)
- Monitor and order office supplies; coordinate equipment maintenance as needed
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality in all property and team member matters
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 3 years of administrative, HR, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable learning and navigating HR systems, programs, and databases
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide friendly, professional support to team members at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong customer service orientation with a helpful, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to support HR activities such as orientations, events, and recognition programs
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Pay
Starting salary $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
