Duties and Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering professional, timely, and solutions-oriented customer service.
- Executes general administrative and clerical functions, including managing the main phone line and coordinating internal and external correspondence.
- Maintains accurate and confidential employee records within physical files and the Oracle Fusion HRIS, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
- Reconciles temporary agency timesheets and processes related invoices to ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles.
- Captures new hire onboarding by initiating background checks, preparing personnel files, and assisting with benefits enrollment procedures.
- Administers the Kronos timekeeping system, including profile setup, daily attendance corrections, and hardware maintenance of finger scanners.
- Tracks labor information via Kronos and Excel to generate analytical reports for departmental review.
- Ensures regulatory compliance by verifying I-9 documentation and processing employee data through Greenhouse and Oracle Fusion.
- Facilitates offboarding procedures by accurately processing termination paperwork and exit documentation.

Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR clerical support or a related administrative role.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
