About the role
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations across multiple locations. This role blends core HR functions with general administrative support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Cook up recruiting logistics including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring workflows
- Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience
- Administer time and attendance tracking and maintain accurate employee records
- Handle routine HR paperwork and documentation
- Plan and coordinate in-office events, town halls, and other company gatherings
- Provide general administrative support across both locations as needed
- Partner with leadership on ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or HR coordinator role
- Familiarity with core HR processes including recruiting support, onboarding, and timekeeping
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working across multiple office locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus
