About the Job

Our client is an innovative, high-growth global beauty brand and cosmetics enterprise specializing in trend-forward personal care, hair aesthetics, and consumer lifestyle products. We are seeking an organized, people-centric Human Resources Specialist to join our fully distributed global People Operations division. In this multi-faceted role, you will immerse yourself in the fast-paced beauty industry—supporting the day-to-day corporate employee lifecycle, administering creative onboarding programs, tracking talent pipelines, and managing data integrity across our internal HR systems.

Why Join Us

  • Total Remote Work Autonomy: Work from wherever you are most productive, utilizing a premium, cloud-based HR tech stack, digital collaboration tools, and a highly collaborative, remote-first team culture.
  • Thrive in a Creative Industry: Step away from traditional, rigid corporate spaces. Fuel your passion for the global beauty, lifestyle, and consumer products (CPG) field by helping build the workforce that launches next-generation cosmetics portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with department headers to post creative job listings, screen incoming resumes for design/marketing/operations roles, coordinate interview panels, and maintain data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Creative Employee Onboarding: Design and facilitate a highly engaging, seamless digital onboarding experience for incoming personnel, coordinating remote equipment shipments and introducing new hires to the brand's culture and values.
  • HRIS Database Administration: Input, audit, and maintain precise employee profiles, payroll deduction structures, paid-time-off (PTO) tracking logs, and life event benefit modifications across centralized HRIS platforms.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Assist in planning, rolling out, and evaluating virtual team-building initiatives, company-wide newsletters, and continuous feedback loops to build an inclusive remote workspace.
  • Compliance & Policy Administration: Maintain structural compliance files across multi-state employment sectors, ensuring employee records conform strictly to internal corporate guidelines and federal/state labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or an equivalent business-humanitarian or creative discipline.
  • Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. This is an entry-level professional track; robust human resources internships, corporate recruiting projects, university organizational leadership, or experience handling highly confidential datasets are highly valued.
  • Spreadsheet and Data Literacy: Strong spreadsheet tracking capabilities in Microsoft Excel (proficient with data sorting, filtering, and core formatting to manage personnel reports).
  • Communication Polish & Discretion: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a high degree of emotional intelligence and an absolute commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Language Fluency: Professional verbal and written proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to facilitate cross-border corporate tracking and coordinate seamlessly with international supply chains and executive centers.
  • Basic foundational exposure to modern enterprise HR software suites (such as BambooHR, Workday, ADP, or Rippling).
  • A genuine, proactive interest in beauty trends, cosmetics manufacturing, lifestyle brands, or multicultural consumer packaged goods (CPG).
