Human Resource Manager
About the role
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, leading and developing a team to ensure operational excellence and support employee growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, policy violations, and workplace disputes.
- Conduct thorough, impartial, and legally compliant workplace investigations, delivering clear findings and recommendations.
- Proactively address employee concerns through coaching, counseling, and problem-solving to minimize risk and improve engagement.
- Mediate conflicts at all levels of the organization, ensuring fair resolution aligned with company policies and employment laws.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, risk mitigation, and HR best practices.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive a culture of engagement, integrity, and operational excellence.
- Oversee state licensing requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing employee eligibility.
- Partner with management to maintain accurate credentialing, certifications, and required training.
- Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring timely implementation and compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, investigation files, compliance records, and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and risk management.
- Support benefits administration, performance management, corrective action, and other core HR processes.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, with an emphasis on hourly and high-volume hiring.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with workforce needs and business growth.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless and compliant new-hire experience.
Requirements
Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-4 years of full cycle Human Resource experience, with a focus on hourly employee relations.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
