Responsibilities
- Establish credibility with the office management team and all office employees to be an effective listener and problem solver
- Understand and apply all HR policies and company guidelines consistently
- Complete training and onboarding for new employees
- Aid with recruiting for current open positions, including managing job postings, scheduling and conducting interviews, making job offers and completing pre-employment screenings, etc.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities for area of responsibility
- Manage leave of absence cases
- Utilize HRIS system to create reports, review timecards, and maintain employee profiles
- Communicate and provide guidance to management and employees as needed
- Create and lead employee engagement and education initiatives for their designated office team
- Aid with office education activities and other employee communications
- Be involved in local community groups to build relationships, enhance knowledge and visibility within the community
- React productively to change
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and company guidelines
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
