Responsibilities
- Congduct recruitment efforts utilizing partnerships and programs
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Analyze internal and external compensation data/trends and perform pay for performance reviews with managers to ensure market competitiveness and position equity
- Guide and coach supervisors and provide corporate process integrity for the Company’s performance management system: i.e., performance appraisals, individual development plans, personal improvement plans, and progressive discipline
- Lead, respond to, investigate, and recommend resolution of employee issues and complaints
- Perform exit interviews and stay interviews, semi-annual focus groups, semi-annual employe engagement survey, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention
- Provide guidance to managers, and employees in the navigation of FMLA, ADA, and other leave or accommodation situations
- Lead the business design and execution of the Company’s on-boarding program
- Aid in the development and execution of the Company’s wellness program
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Demonstrated recruiting and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
