About the role

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience and fostering a positive work culture. Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Department and collaborate with various departments to create and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Build relationships with our diverse workforce and provide guidance and support on HR matters.
  • Use innovative ideas and solutions to enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years HR experience, prior hotel experience preferred.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws of jurisdiction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
  • Strong employment law, recruiting and retention background a must.
  • Experience with Affirmative Action helpful.
  • Manages a diversified workforce.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and common sense.
  • Works in a stressful environment and remains flexible to constant change.
