Human Resource Manager (6214)
Responsibilities
- Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Manage a high volume of employee relations cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and closure.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case records, investigation findings, and supporting documentation.
- Advise managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions.
- Coach and counsel employees and leaders on complex workplace issues while balancing employee advocacy and business needs.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and cross-functional teams to assess risk, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure consistent application of policies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, training sessions, and educational materials related to employee relations programs and best practices.
- Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of employee relations programs, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership.
- Utilize emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience and workplace culture.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations.
- 2+ years of experience supporting employees within a multinational organization.
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters and high-volume case workloads.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive situations professionally.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience using HR Acuity or similar employee relations case management platforms.
- Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to support organizational objectives and workforce initiatives.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and training delivery experience.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple levels of management.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing competing priorities.
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and employee relations programs.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools that support operational efficiency and employee relations processes.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and complex workforce environments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
