About the role
We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support the recruitment hiring process. This position would support the recruiting process fully. The role is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5pm onsite at Suncoast Center, Inc in St Petersburg, FL with a 30 minute unpaid lunch/break period.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting process
- Manage all aspects of recruitment and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Utilize computer, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Manage HRIS systems, preferably ADP
- Handle full-cycle recruiting
- Communicate effectively verbally and non-verbally
- Manage time and organize tasks efficiently
- Work in a nonprofit environment
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- At least 5 years of prior experience as an HR Recruiter/Onboarding
- Solid knowledge of HR processes
- Experience with resume HRIS systems
- Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Professionalism and organizational skills
- Criminal background check throughout employment
- Motor vehicle checks before and annually
- Clear criminal background check with DCF Level II
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Drug screening prior to and throughout employment
