About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a well-established global organization in a highly visible HR role that offers exposure to multiple facets of human resources. You'll work closely with employees, managers, and leadership while serving as a key resource for payroll administration, employee relations, HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of human resources functions while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
- Play a key role in maintaining efficient HR operations while supporting workforce initiatives, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll administration.
- Manage employee time and attendance records, partner with payroll teams, ensure accuracy of employee information, and support payroll processing activities.
- Assist with HRIS administration, reporting, and workforce metrics.
- Support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, benefits administration, policy interpretation, and employee development initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, helping address workplace concerns, provide guidance, and support positive employee relations throughout the organization.
- Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with employment regulations, support safety and compliance initiatives, coordinate HR programs, and assist leadership with workforce planning and talent management activities.
Requirements
- Experience in payroll or timekeeping administration, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
