Responsibilities
- Manage the temporary agency recruitment cycle for hourly positions.
- Support recruitment of salaried positions when needed.
- Support company reporting on topics such as headcount, new hires, terminations, turnover rates, and other reporting and benchmarking needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Aid in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal processes.
- Assist in compensation planning.
- Assist and/or lead off-site events such as job fairs, community events, and partner relationships.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
- Cook up and monitor HR programs (recognition programs, service awards, etc.).
- Cook up and coordinate HR communications.
- Cook up and coordinate training activities for employees.
- Support time & attendance administration.
- Aid in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support benefits activities as needed.
Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 3 to 5 years of human resource experience preferred.
- Experience with ADP WorkForce Now a plus.
