About the role
The Human Resource Coordinator supports daily HR operations, including coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Cosponsor onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records
- Aid in benefits administration
- Implement HR policies
- Support scheduling and administration of training
- Handle routine employee inquiries
- Support employee relations activities
- Prepare HR reports
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
- Collaborate with managers to maintain a safe, high-morale work environment
- Assist with recruitment logistics
- Organize HR documentation
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
- Knowledge and application of HR Policies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
