About the role

The Human Resource Coordinator supports daily HR operations, including coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Cosponsor onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records
  • Aid in benefits administration
  • Implement HR policies
  • Support scheduling and administration of training
  • Handle routine employee inquiries
  • Support employee relations activities
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Collaborate with managers to maintain a safe, high-morale work environment
  • Assist with recruitment logistics
  • Organize HR documentation
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge and application of HR Policies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
