Job Summary

This mid-level Human Resources (HR) Business Partner will provide high level internal-customer service and HR support to leaders and team members across various HR functions, including talent management, performance management, engagement, employer branding, offboarding, and administration of HR policies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with hiring managers in developing accurate job descriptions and selecting relevant job skills to assist with hiring process
  • Work with partners at all levels to develop employee communications, engagement initiatives and support retention efforts
  • Affiliate with administration of workforce planning, promotions, transfers, development assignments and organizational changes
  • Support department wide HR initiatives, communications, special projects
  • Prepare, compile, maintain, and analyze data for reports and special projects
  • Facilitate employee offboarding process and conduct exit interviews
  • Facilitate performance management activities, including Performance Improvement Plans and discipline administration
  • Ensure HR programs, policies and procedures are applied and interpreted consistently
  • Collaborate with HR management on ideas, solutions, and fixes for improving the effectiveness of HR processes, policies and programs

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Human Resources, Public Administration or related field
  • 3 years of job-related experience

  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with functional and business leaders, who collaborate on employee issues and decisions
