Qualifications
- 7+ Years of Progressive Client-Facing HR Experience
- Excellent Knowledge of U.S. Employment Law Across Multiple States (NY & CA Preferred)
- Strong Experience in Managing and Overseeing Payroll Operations/Union Experience Preferred
- Roy Business Acumen with Proven Ability to Translate Business Needs into Actionable HR Objectives
- Exceptional Communication, Organization, and Problem-Solving and Needs Analysis Skills
- Ability to Thrive in Fast-Changing, Ambiguous Environments
