About the role

This is an in-office role in Addison, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your PEO experience to streamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and PEO partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Provide strategic insights on maximizing PEO resources to support business growth.
  • Lead HR-related projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Build strong, influential relationships across the organization to promote a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Partner with key HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HRIS, etc.) to deliver integrated and effective solutions.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to managers on talent development, succession planning, and organizational structuring.
  • Deliver tailored professional development programs that enhance leadership capabilities and employee growth.
  • Champion initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership to implement strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and governance align with overall business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve employee performance and retention.
  • Conduct workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or HR Certification with equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of exempt-level HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and regulations across the U.S.
  • Expertise in leadership development, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Healthcare Industry Experience Is Preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Qualifications
