Your Contribution

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as an advisor to local management levels and departments, acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related issues. Your responsibilities include advising on HR policy, assisting with the implementation of HR processes, and supporting leadership-related challenges and team development at a local level. You will also partner with managers to drive business success through effective HR activities, collaborating with Center of Excellence (CoE) teams. Additionally, you will provide coaching to leaders on Talent Management and performance management, support workforce planning and cost management, track HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and drive HR processes such as performance, learning, and talent development. You are expected to advise managers on HR policies and legal matters, manage employee/labor relations, and collaborate with HR stakeholders including CoEs, HR Operations, and regional HR.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • Experience with HR strategy execution and business partnering
  • Stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS systems (desirable)
  • Strong data analytics and HR metrics experience (desirable)
