Azenta is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role will support the organization's strategic initiatives and foster a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
• Develop and administer training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Support recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting
• Experience in performance management and employee relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

The base compensation for this position ranges from $113,000.00 to $141,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
