About the role
Work Location: Marysville, CA; Duration: 13 Weeks contract; Work Setting: On-site.
Responsibilities
- Leads the daily operations of HR within assigned area/location of responsibility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective delivery of HR services.
- Serves as the point of contact for assigned HR team members, fostering professional growth and development and encouraging continuous learning.
- Performs champion shaping and nurturing workplace culture and engagement strategies that align to organization mission and values and foster an environment of belonging.
- Leads the development and implementation of HR strategies, change management initiatives, and support organizational transformation efforts.
- Provides strategic guidance to all levels of leadership related to engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management, and other key initiatives.
- Partners with the network HR director and network HR teams to foster collaboration and alignment across the network.
- Oversees and guides complex employee relations cases, including investigations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes aligned with legal requirements, policies and procedures, and values.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks through collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience): Required
- Requires 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Verifiable experience in successful and impactful coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges
- Licenses/Certifications: Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification: Preferred
- Must have leadership experience.
Pay
$50/hr. - $55/hr.
