Human Resource and Benefits Manager

About the Role

Join Stanley Auto Group as a Human Resources & Benefits Manager and play a key role in supporting approximately 230 employees across six dealerships in Texas. You’ll coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with all people and benefits processes, while also providing backup for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR and benefits processes to ensure compliance with labor and wage laws, including Worker’s Compensation and FMLA.
• Provide backup support for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to create an exceptional employee experience from day one.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• General understanding of labor and wage laws.
• College degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dealership HR and/or payroll for 100+ employees.
• Familiarity with ADP Payroll Interface.
