Human Resource and Benefits Manager

About the role

Stanley Auto Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Benefits Manager to join our "People Team," supporting approximately 230 employees across six dealerships in Texas. In this role, you will coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with all people and benefits processes, and provide essential backup for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with all HR and benefits processes
• Provide backup support for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• General understanding of labor and wage laws, including Worker's Compensation and FMLA
• College degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dealership HR and/or payroll for 100+ employees
• Experience with ADP Payroll Interface
