Human Resource and Benefits Manager

About the Role

Join Stanley Auto Group as a Human Resources & Benefits Manager, where you will support approximately 230 employees across six dealerships in Texas. This role involves coordinating with leadership to ensure compliance with all people and benefits processes, while also providing backup for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with HR and benefits processes.
• Provide backup support for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• General understanding of labor and wage laws, including Worker's Compensation and FMLA.
• College degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dealership HR and/or payroll for 100+ employees.
• Experience with ADP Payroll Interface.
