About the role
Join Stanley Auto Group as a Human Resources & Benefits Manager. You will coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with all people and benefits processes, and provide essential backup for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with all people and benefits processes
- Provide backup support for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- General understanding of labor and wage laws, including Worker's Compensation and FMLA
- College degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dealership HR and/or payroll for 100+ employees
- Experience with ADP Payroll Interface
