Human Resource Administrator

Responsibilities

• Participates in required program meetings/trainings/events to meet program goals.
• Conducts and/or facilitates trainings and provides updated information to internal employees and external customers on assigned program related topics.
• Demonstrates a professional attitude as a member of the ESC staff and carries out commitments made to LEA's and fellow colleagues.
• Exhibits effective interpersonal skills with ESC and LEA staff. Maintains confidentiality on matters pertinent to ESC employees.
• Demonstrates professional support in relations with staff members by genuinely considering the feelings, value systems, interests and concerns of the individual staff members.
• Provides and maintains required personnel and program documentation in a timely manner. Responds to service records requests in a timely manner and keeps all records updated on employee absences/leaves.
• Captures and coordinates employee benefits with business office and cabinet. Takes the lead in all matters related to Workers Compensation matters engaging service providers and working with employees to ensure all questions/concerns are addressed.
• Maintains the Human Resource website to disseminate information to employees and community.
• Ensures that the Administrative Procedures Manual personnel are online, and updated as needed, and available to all employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in human resources administration, training, and benefits administration is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
