Human Research Technologist - Pediatrics

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment, enrollment, and scheduling of study participants
Collect quantitative and qualitative data, including semi-structured and structured clinical interviews
Organize project materials, enter data into appropriate databases, and maintain study records
Supervise a team of undergraduate research assistants
Prepare, submit, and modify IRB applications for ethical approval of research projects
Assist with grant submissions and related research activities

Preferred Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to contributing to high-quality research
Bachelor's degree in psychology, human development, or a related field
Experience working with adolescents and young adults with eating, sleep, depressive, anxiety, and/or autism spectrum disorders
Interest in psychotherapy development, evaluation, and implementation

Minimum Education, Work Experience & Required Certifications

  • Human Research Technologist - Health and Medicine - Professional:
    • Associate Degree
      No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education.
  • Human Research Technologist - Health and Medicine - Intermediate Professional:
    • Associate Degree
      2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $40,608.00 - $64,668.00.
