About the role

Join our team as a HubSpot Developer and take the lead in creating exceptional user experiences through HubSpot's versatile platform. You will play a crucial role in implementing and customizing HubSpot's tools to enhance our marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop and implement custom templates, modules, and components within HubSpot CMS to create responsive and visually appealing web pages.
• Customize HubSpot workflows, automation, and lead nurturing processes to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
• Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and plugins to extend HubSpot's functionalities and enhance the overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HubSpot implementation, ensuring smooth functionality across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with HubSpot's latest features, updates, and best practices to continuously optimize our HubSpot instance.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure that branding and design consistency are maintained throughout HubSpot assets.
• Train team members on HubSpot usage, best practices, and maintenance to promote efficient adoption of the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer, including proficiency in HubSpot CMS, HubSpot CRM, and HubSpot's API.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience in creating custom HubSpot templates, modules, and landing pages to deliver engaging and conversion-focused experiences.
• Familiarity with inbound marketing principles and the ability to align HubSpot strategies with marketing goals.
• Ability to integrate third-party tools and APIs to expand HubSpot's capabilities.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and find efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
