Responsibilities

• Design and produce custom awards, medals, and recognition pieces tailored to client needs.
• Create compelling graphic designs for logos, flyers, brochures, business cards, banners, invitations, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into visually impactful projects.
• Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and accuracy through rigorous design and printing processes.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, including communication with clients and internal teams.
• Use the latest in printing technology to deliver professional and high-quality prints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or printing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including awards and recognition pieces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of printing processes and materials.
