Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of legal matters including but not limited to corporate law, family law, and criminal defense.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients throughout their legal journey.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
