Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure their needs are met.
• Host private parties, weddings, and special functions with a touch of sophistication and island flair.
• Organize and host Weekend Breakfast at Morgan's Cliff, a flavorful tradition that brings people together over a curated menu of island breakfast favorites.
• Work closely with guests to bring events to life, ensuring every celebration is unforgettable.
• Ensure the resort’s amenities, including the spa, bar, and concierge services, meet guest expectations.
• Oversee the restaurant’s operations, ensuring high-quality cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of guests.
• Knowledge of Jamaican cuisine and cultural traditions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficiency in using technology and social media platforms.
