HSSE Manager

What This Job Involves

• Serving as the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the ADT business
• Communicating HSSE needs and results to account and business leaders
• Leading the continued development and refinement of JLL's HSSE culture and training programs on the account
• Ensuring development and maintenance of the account training matrix
• Providing technical expertise, strategic leadership, and support on HSSE regulatory compliance issues
• Maintaining account HSSE procedures, documentation and records
• Supporting ISO 45001 & 14001 management system certification activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field
• 5+ years of HSSE experience
• Practical working knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques, ideally within a Facilities Management environment
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice, guidance and operating procedures
• Strong organizational skills, information management proficiency and collaborative management style
• Evidence of strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work through and identify the root cause of any problem

Preferred Qualifications

• General Industry OSHA certifications (CHM, CSHM, CIH, CSP, CEP, etc.)
• GMP/GxP experience
• Relevant professional certification(s) or master's degree
• Good presentation skills
• Experience collaborating across multiple sites and sharing best practices
